LEARNING OUTCOMES:
The aim of the module is to introduce students to the food ethics as one of the main principles of sustainable agriculture and diets. The module analyses the decisions individuals make about food they eat and moral, ethical, gender, societal, industrial, ecological impact on food choices and food values.
Knowledge
- Use professional terminology;
- Identify moral, political, gender, religious issues and interpret arguments relevant to food choices and policies.
